To reproduce:

  1. Go to Customize Toolbar.
  2. Add or remove an item.
  3. Check 'Use small size' from either the context menu or Customize Toolbar menu.
  4. Open new window or private window by hotkey or from the File menu and it will quit.
  5. Reopen Orion and the toorbar has been resetted to its default state.

This does not always happen though, haven't figure out why that's the case.

Does it crash with no extensions?:
Yes.

Does it crash with a clean profile?:
Yes.

Opening a new window should not reset my preferred toolbar setup.
Or using a small sized toolbar should not crash Orion when opening a new window.
