I've been working with the Hookmark support team. I've given them the new bundle ID, so I think they'll be able to add it as a supported browser in a future update. In the short term, you can add support for Orion RC manually following these steps. I tried it, and it worked for me.
In the mean time, you can go to Hookmark Preference window->Scripts, click on “+” button at the bottom left of the window, add Orion RC to Hookmark. Then copy the “Get Address” script from Orion to “Get Address” of Orion RC, then click on “Save” Button. You might need change the Orion name in the first line of the script to your Orion rc name.
tell application “Orion”
This is what it looks like:
tell application "Orion RC"
set w to first window
set t to current tab of w
set cn to name of t
set cu to URL of t
return "[" & cn & "](" & cu & ")"
end tell
