The address bar disappears and url becomes gray upon opening a link that automatically opens as a new tab. This happens after the toolbar hides on scroll and then opening the link.

- Open link provided above.
- Scroll to the bottom of the article, ensuring that the toolbar hides itself from scrolling.
- Click the “per the SSA” hyperlink at the bottom of the article.
- The SSA website should open. Proceed to press the browser back button.
- Result.
The address bar should remain present upon returning. The url should also not be gray or dimmed out.
