When clicking the reload button, the page does not reload. The page only seems to reload if you click in the lower left corner of the button.

When any part of the reload button is clicked, the page should reload.

This was with the browser fullscreened, with the bookmarks bar turned on and the mini toolbar.

    With the normal toolbar, the reload button works normally, but with the bookmarks bar and/or the mini toolbar, sometimes the reload button works correctly and sometimes it exhibits the behavior shown in the video.
