Steps to reproduce:
- Have a window #1 with a few tabs open
- Open a new window #2
- Drag a tab or two from window #1 to #2
- The tab bar does not appear
- Turn vertical tabs on, the tabs are there
- Turn vertical tabs off, the tabs do not go to horizontal mode
Expected behavior:
- Tabs show up in horizontal mode as you'd intuit
