RC Window Tab Groups: When one window remains, the small pop-up still stays.

Steps to reproduce:
Open one window. Notice that the small window indicator is absent.
Open another one. The window indicator appears.
Close one window. The small window indicator stays, even though this state is identical to line #1.

It only goes back to #1 when you restart Orion. Closing all windows and re-opening yields #3.

Expected behavior:
The small window indicator disappears when there is just one window.

TheOtherKai This is intentional. The reasoning is we didnt want to show additional toolbar icon when you have only one window to keep it clean. Once you create a new window and get exposed to window switcher, we felt it was OK to keep it (as you may want to use some of the features it has).
