RC Window Tab Groups: Shortcuts are incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:
(Use the RC with tab groups)
Open another window (referred to as Window 2)
In the dropdown, you will see that Window 1 has OPT-CMD-1 and Window 2 is OPT-CMD-2.
However, it seems like OPT-CMD-2 is linked to Window 1 and Window 2 is OPT-CMD-1

Open another window (Window 3).
It displays as Window 1: OPT-CMD-1, Window 2: OPT-CMD-2, Window 3: OPT-CMD-3.
However, it acts like: Window 1: OPT-CMD-3, Window 2: OPT-CMD-2, Window 3: OPT-CMD-1.

It seems that the shortcuts are arranged according to what order the windows were opened, without it being reflected in the pop-up.

Expected behavior:
Window 1 is actually linked to OPT-CMD-1, Window 2 to OPT-CMD-2, Window 3 to OPT-CMD-3.
Shortcuts should stick to their window and not change when a new one is opened.

macOS Version 12.0.1
Orion Version 0.99.109.1.1-beta (WebKit 613.1.12)

Not quite the same behaviour, but I frequently see that the shortcut I've assigned to, say, window 1 gets forgotten and I'm unable to switch back to this window with the shortcut after switching away. Only thing that resets this behaviour is restarting Orion.

@Vlad Upon further investigation, it seems restarting Orion doesn't fix the problem. It's a hard one to provide steps for; it just seems to happen after a period of usage over maybe a day. The following screen recording might give some clues though. The window which isn't responding to shortcuts thinks its shortcut is bound to a window that doesn't exist.
