Lots of text here, still not much information... but....
As described in the post. After reinstallation, Orion opens (at least my Mac says it is, but no Orion window is open). Today I tried to open a web link, and since Orion is my default browser, it was opened by Orion. Instead of the web page opening, I was prompted by a window saying that there is a new version of Orion. (Btw, I do not remember the version I was on, and the version it wanted me to update to, but I noticed that the text "(null)" came after both versions. Example for clarification: let's say I was on version 1.0 and wanted to update to 1.1. It would say something like "update from version 1.0 (null) to version 1.1 (null)").
After updating, I am back at the same behaviour described in the post above, before I uninstalled it. Meaning, it opens, it tries to load a page, but it crashes before the page loads. I have tried to open new "empty" tabs and closing old ones, in case there would be something wrong with the page I'm trying to load, but to no success.
Since Orion crashes instead of starts, I find it hard to experiment and narrow down the problem. I simply just cannot open it. If there is any information you think could be valuable for me to gather, or anything I could test. Please reach out.
