Sponsorblock popup window cannot be scrolled on .11-rc

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Install Sponsorblock (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/sponsorblock/)
2. Go to a YouTube video with a bunch of segments (e.g. )
3. Open the Sponsorblock extension popup by left clicking the toolbar icon
4. Attempt to scroll within that window to see the details at the bottom
5. Notice that the window does not respond to attemps at vertical scrolling
6. Curiously I am able to ever so slightly scroll the mini window horizontally
7. .10-rc and beta don't have this issue.

Side note: I also noticed the popup window looks way better on the latest RC build (it has more padding and the information isn't as cramped)
