Missing URL and Tabs Bar

Unsure how this happened, or how to reproduce it. But I have screen shots.

This window was fine for a few days and at some point I switched back to Orion and noticed the URL bar and tabs missing. Quitting and reopening Orion did not help. Switching through all 3 tab layouts did not bring it back either, but "vertical" tab layout did allow me to see the tabs so I could move them into a new window.

The URL bar was only visible when selected using Command + L, but tabs were still missing:

You accidentally enabled focus mode. disable it with cmd-shift-f

@Vlad can there be an extra indicator for when focus mode is enabled? this issue has happened a few times before

I had this exact problem, I had no idea I was in focus mode. Shift-Cmd-F is often involved in search, so this was very unexpected broswer behaviour for me and I could not find a way to turn it off until I found this thread. I think that having an indicator you can press as a part of the bar that slides down as you hover at the top of the page would be good UI for surfacing this behaviour for those who accidentally enable it.
