I have to admit that the bug has been there for years. In order to reproduce try to type (not copy-paste, just type) some URL with slashes in an address field. At the moment you type a slash it's done. Orion wouldn't let you type further and load the page that ends with the first slash.

Even if you try to type https://orionfeedback.org it would fail after the very first slash after https:

Expected behaviour: Letting the user type in the URL into the address field like any other browser out there does, without slash symbol being the culprit.

Monterey 12.7.4
Orion Version 0.99.126.4.1-beta (WebKit 618.1.2)

Monterey (12)

Can you show a video or similar? I have not seen this and not able to reproduce. I've manually entered URL into multiple beta and RC versions of Orion on multiple versions of macOS (including Mojave, Catalina, and Monterey) without issue.

For some strange reason it's working as expected today. But I could swear it was like I had described last night. However, this doesn't seem actual anymore so forget it or let me know whether I need to delete the thread.

And thank you for being responsive, I really appreciate it!
