    Click on a download link in Apple Mail shows the preview window but doesn't open anything.

      gunjx Clicking that link does nothing for me. I wonder if it is caused by content blocker?

          I created a new test link (below) which downloads an ical file when you click on it. If you right click > Open Link in Preview Window instead it just shows a blank page and no triggers no download (and neither asks for permissions to download).
