Issue: per title

What happens?
.xpi files are grayed out and cannot be clicked to install unlike on the desktop version.

Replicated by trying to install a .xpi file From File via settings → extensions → plus button in bottom-left

Notes:
This was previously possible if I remember correctly, or I somehow found a way to install them from file because I did previously have Firefox extensions installed from file, but I reset my app to try to fix something and cannot reinstall now

behavior:
.xpi files can be selected and therefore installed from file on Orion Browser iOS

Within a release page in a github repo, if there is an .xpi file published, clicking the link attempts to install the .xpi file in Orion instead of downloading the file. Every other web browser I've tried (Arc, Safari) simply downloads the .xpi upon link click. In Orion, you have to right click and select "Download Linked File".

Expected behavior would be that clicking the .xpi link would download the file instead of trying to install it.
