Periodically I'll switch back to a suspended tab and it'll fail to reload. For example I swtched back to the tab "not going to change" and got a blank screen:

I don't have exact reproduct steps but I do have low power mode enabled, and am switching between windows/tabs.

Tab reloaded and retained url, history, and actually loaded the page.

        It just happened. This time I had the tab open and it deactivated itself. I was working between two different windows, so it's possible I had the other window focused when this tab disabled itself.

        Then switching away/back to the tab didn't reactivate it. Right clicking the tab and selecting "reload" brought it back.
