Cannot Pay for Orion+ Lifetime Subscription with Kagi Account Balance

I added $150 to my Kagi account balance using PayPal, and went to purchase the lifetime subscription to Orion+, and instead of subtracting from my Kagi account balance, it only gives me the option to input a card's information to pay.

If I click on the $50 per year option, the Stripe screen that shows up does subtract the amount from my Kagi account balance.

I expected to be able to pay for the Lifetime Subscription to Orion+ via my Kagi balance instead of only being able to pay for it from a new card.
