Address bar not focused on new tab

Repro:

1. Open Orion
2. Click off Orion (eg, open some other app).
3. Click on Orion's icon on the dock or alt+tab back to Orion.
4. Keyboard shortcut new tab (cmd+t).
5. Try to type a web address.

I'd expect to be able to just type. The address bar is not in focus after that flow though, so, it errors at me a bunch as I start typing (step 5) -- until I manually click into the bar.

tl;dr: it should give a smooth experience like if you're already in Orion:

1. Open an Orion tab.
2. Keyboard shortcut new tab (cmd+t)
3. Just start typing.
