When a site has links coded as target="_new", they are not handled correctly: after clicking on the first link, any subsequent links fail to open.

Target="new" I supposed to work like target="blank", except that subsequent links open in the same tab/window, instead of opening new ones each time.

    @Vlad Might this be the cause of webpages becoming irresponsible? This bug, paired with the memory leaks at the moment, seem to be my main issues / most annoying things besides a perfect browsing experience. I've read that the irresponsiveness of webpages bug has been around for some time now.

      LeeMcLean please share steps to reproduce with an actual page to try it on.

          Areatius This is likely a Mojave related issue. Apple gave up updating WebKit for Mojave 3 years ago. We stil ship the cutting edge version of Webkit that Orion uses on Sonoma, on Mojave. This is hard. So hard that a $2T company gave up. Yet we are doing it with three developers.

            It isn't a Webkit issue - Safari works just fine. It works on the latest Orion version too thankfully.

            I have only just found out about your responses because it would seem your forum notifications aren't working now, or at least they weren't working when you posted your responses.
