Apparently there are certain sites where this is a thing. Reddit.com for example does exactly what you have described under Version 0.99.126.4.1-beta (WebKit 618.1.2)

When one scrolls down for a certain length, the whole site reloads and periodically the browser just freezes, resulting in a need to reboot the Macbook (OSX 12.7.3)

    FYI, I just updated the Orion+ on my Catalina system to
    Version 0.99.126.4.1.7-rc (WebKit 619.1.1)
    Build date Feb 20 2024

    However, I am still getting the same behavior of random but frequent reload/screen refresh when I click on the links from Google search results.

      So this one is fixed now - awesome! Was the fact that this explicit website was reloading in any correlation with the overall reload bug?

        rosenrot Are you saying it is fixed for you with the latest RC [Version 0.99.126.4.1.8-rc (WebKit 619.1.1)
        Build date Feb 29 2024]? I just tested with that RC on Catalina and still have the same problem. Somehow fixed on Sonoma but not Catalina (perhaps similar symptoms of a different underlying issue)?
