The top-level Favorites group has a star icon in English mode, but has a standard folder icon in Russian mode.
Special icons for built-in folders improve usability. I expect them to always be present.
Bonus points for giving the Bookmark Bar folder a special icon (or an option to hide it if it’s empty).
