On MacOS, I can place bookmarks at the top level, whereas on iOS they get automagically moved to the Bookmarks folder. This means every time I want to open my bookmarks, I have to open bookmarks, then click the Bookmarks folder (not to be confused with the Bookmarks Bar folder), only to then access my content.
I expect to be able to add and rearrange top-level bookmarks for convenience and speed.
Top-level bookmarks is also how Safari operates.
