Mentioning this as it was last mentioned in 2021 and I'm still having this problem.

After going through several webpages, enough to build page history, I'll go to click the page back button and it will have greyed out and I cannot go back anymore, despite the page still being in my browser history.
Steps to reproduce: Click through enough links to build page history. Go back one page (using button or with shortcut). Button is now greyed out and cannot be used on this tab anymore.
Back button should be dark-colored, able to consistently taking user back to previous page (if there is page history on that tab).
