Can the search bar be a bit taller like safari? I have larger fingers and sometimes it’s hard to tap the bar and I’ll end up tapping content on a web page.

I agree, here's the visual difference
although it looks like nothing in comparison, notice how much more proportional safari's search bar in comparison to orion's
