Links from other apps fail to open in Orion if Orion not already running

Seems like an annoying issue, we will prioritize as soon as new desktop release gets out.

I am opening google docs links on iOS and for some reason they open in Orion itself instead of opening in the app, despite the fact that I have corresponding "Open Links in Apps" setting enabled and Google Docs app installed.

I would expect these links to open in the native iOS app instead of being viewed in Orion.

Set Orion as the default browser. Clicking a link in iOS in a non-Orion app brings Orion to the front, but it doesn’t open the link. Returning to the original app and clicking the link a second time does work as expected.

Clicking a link should activate Orion and Orion should open the linked page.

I have Orion as my default iOS browser. Often if I click a link from other applications it opens Orion but the tab loads the previously visited link. I need to go back to the other application and click it again for it to work.

When I click a link outside of Orion, it should open that link, whether in a new tab or in the existing tab, not re-load the last visited page.

Since last iOS release a few months ago, any links you want to open, either from Mail.app oder any other source, just start the app Orion with the last opened tab, but does not handle the link itself, you have to re tap these URLs again, when the App is started.

That the link is propper handled and opening, even the app is not started/active in background.

Links from external apps don't open if Orion is closed and the last tab opened is not the start page.

If clicking a link off Orion and the browser was not in memory, Orion will open the last opened tab and not the link that was in the deep link

The session should restore and open a new tab with the deep link

This should be fixed in the latest testflight we posted yesterday.

I'm in some app (Mail, Reddit, whatever).
I click a link in that app. Orion Browser opens, but just shows the last tab that was open
I go back to the previous app and click the link again
The link opens in Orion

Sometimes just waiting for a few seconds helps. Often it doesn't. It happens both on iOS and iPadOS.

I expect Orion to show the right page immediately.

Just for completeness sake: LibRedirect is installed, but deactivated (I think, it doesn't work anyways)
