I first noticed the issue with trying to use the Hide My Email extension with Orion. The extension installs fine but when it comes to authenticating in icloud.com, authentication fails. The 2FA window never gets displayed.
The same happens when I am trying to log into other websites such as setapp.com with my AppleID. Authentication fails. If I try again in Safari I get the usual authentication windows.
I think this is also related to (already reported) BitWarden biometric auth failing.
Compatibility mode did not make a difference.
This is a really big problem, it renders a huge amount of services inaccessible.
Apple 2FA to work - authentication and login windows to be displayed as with other browsers. Apple ID login to work.
