UBO version issue

Steps to reproduce:

Install extension from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin or from popular extension window
Latest version is 1.39.2.
Installed version shows 1.37.2.

Expected behavior:
1.39.2 version

Orion and macOS:
macOS 12.1
Orion 0.99.109.1

joystmp Installing from Firefox site will yield latest version. Installing from popular extensions will install older version, as we currently do not update this list as frequently (it is a manual process)
