Spotlight does not open a new tab when private browsing has no tabs

When using Orion private browsing and no private tabs are open, Spotlight searches do not open a new tab unless a new tab is already open. The instance when this is possible is when you close all private tabs and keep the app on the tab grid view.

Expected results: Spotlight searches should always open a new search tab regardless of the app state.

Actual results: No action occurs.

This seems to no longer be an issue as it appears like the "No results" private tabs has been deprecated (in Testflight 1.3.9 [10])

Now a new private tab gets automatically populated when all private tabs are removed anyways.

(In other words, it is now impossible for private browsing mode to have no tabs as one gets created automatically when all are closed).
