I saw some open issues requesting a proxy API feature, but here I have stumbled upon a bug, that even my native "whole system" PAC doesn't work. Maybe it is because it uses credentials, and Orion doesn't ask me for them, as, for example, google chrome did, when i used it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to mac System Preference → Network → Wi-Fi → Advanced... → Proxies
  2. Enable Automatic Proxy Configuration
  3. Type in a link for a PAC file
  4. Try to access sites which are listed in PAC file

Well, it is obvious, that I want the native MacOs proxy with PAC to work. Only native MacOs proxies without PAC seems to work, although i got some issues.

leoy Can you confirm this works in Safari as expected?

Probably not, i am sorry. It maybe because of the credentials proxy requires. Although i still don't understand why it is not working even in Safari.
