1Password doesn't work on some sites (chase)

The 1Password extension is working on most sites but some it doesn't fill anything. I noticed that the ones that this happens the Orion's keychain icon is shown instead of the 1Password one.

0. Have 1Password extension setup and working (it works on most sites), and have a chase.com login saved in 1Password
1. Open chase.com
2. Use CMD+\ to trigger the autofill or use the Autofill button in the extension

I messed up when trimming the video and cut it short, but basically nothing happens after clicking Autofill.

The password autofill to work.
