After a few months of using Safari I started using Orion again just yesterday, and today working in a window ended up with this state of tab list:
First one tab was missing title, and after that any time I clicked on any tab its title would go away. This continued until I closed and re-opened window, after which tabs were restored correctly and this so far didn’t repeat.
Can’t provide reproduction steps, it just happened after searching and stuff. I tend to quickly search for many things in succession, and it seems like opening/navigating tabs quickly may be leading to some sort of race again.
Tab titles would never be empty, they could perhaps show the URL at least…
