I find this command, in the Safari menu, to be very useful when there's an issue with a site acting unusual. It tends to resolve it to at least allow me to click a button or remove a modal that appears regarding accepting cookies (when the content blocker blocked the actual dialog box, but loaded the modal rendering the page non-functional).
