Orion not parsing filters properly

If a filter line contains *, Orion skips it entirely, instead of optimising it.

For example,
linuxmint.com,mobafire.com,themepack.me##.ads is acceptable, whereas linuxmint.com,mobafire.com,themepack.*##.ads is ignored.

While themepack.* cannot be used in webkit, skipping the entire line also affects linuxmint.com,mobafire.com.

So instead of skipping the entire line, only the affected portion should be ignored, using the rest of the domains in blocking.

That is, linuxmint.com,mobafire.com,themepack.*##.ads should be converted to linuxmint.com,mobafire.com##.ads and then parsed.

Related suggestion: There should be button to show rules that have been ignored / not parsed by Orion, so that issues like above can be detected and resolved.

As per apple docs - https://developer.apple.com/documentation/safariservices/creating_a_content_blocker/, even regex are supported in urls. So there’s no reason to skip urls with * in them.
