LastPass reporting that it need to reset after 2FA code

LastPass often does not stay logged in, but this is a new behavior. Login to LastPass, enter password which is accepted, enter 2FA code, and get an error message that 2FA needs to be reset. I try to go to LastPass to address, but need this to work to login there. LastPass functioning normally on Chrome and MS Edge.

Expect to enter 2FA normally and proceed.

I now think this is indeed a LastPass issue, you can delete the post above.

OK, I am getting this problem again. Only on Orion. I feel like it has something to do with cookies. If I figure it out, I will post back.
