I accidentally closed some windows which had many tabs each (up to 90 in some windows). I used 'Reopen last closed window'. The reopened windows have the right tabs, but in the wrong order and the wrong nesting: if the tabs were originally A to Z, they are now Z to A, or in some cases A with Z to B as children (or maybe Z with Y to A as children, I'm not sure).

Orion tries to load all the tabs immediately, even if they were not originally loaded. Many/most of the pages fail to load, with a "No space left on device" error - but I'm not out of disk space. See attached screenshot
. Reloading them one-by-one later works ok.

Reopened windows should have tabs in the correct order and structure. Previously unloaded/inactive pages should not be loaded until focused. Page loads should not fail with that error.
