This is a very specific issue, but worth mentioning.
I have my /Applications folder in the dock as a stack to act as a "start menu." If I open Orion RC from the stack multiple times, additional RC icons and windows open in the dock, but all in the same (default) profile. These act as separate apps (closing one does not close all) but as they are in the same profile, they share data, including open tabs (all open tabs from one instance load in the new instance). This does occur when opening the app in /Applications from Finder.
Clicking on the RC icon in the stack should return focus to the already-open window or open a new window if no window is currently open. This is how Safari and other apps work.
