Reading List display on Start Page is buggy when adding or deleting items

I have 6 items in my Reading list and Reading List is enabled on the Start Page. When I add or delete items to my Reading List it doesn't display correctly on the Start Page.

First bug (Adding items):

1) Navigate to a website and add it to Reading List
2) Open a Start Page tab or select an already open Start Page
3) Instead of adding that page as the first item on the display, it instead duplicates the last item
4) Quit and reopen Orion
5) Reading List items are now displayed correctly on the Start Page

Second bug (Deleting items):

1) On the Start Page, right click a Reading List item and select "Remove Item"
2) Nothing will appear to happen
3) Quit and reopen Orion
4) The deleted item will no longer be listed on the Start Page, as expected

Basically, the Reading List on the Start Page only displays correctly once Orion has been restarted.

As a result of these bugs, interacting with the Reading List on the Start Page before Quitting and Reopening Orion causes all sorts of problems, such as the wrong items being deleted.

The actual Reading List itself seems to be working fine, as viewed from the Reading List panel or Side Bar. It's only the Start Page display that's messed up as far as I can tell.
