Open a tab.
Make a Google search.
Leave the tab open for a while.
In the same tab, open a new website or make a new Google search.
The favicon updates, but the title stay the same as the first Google search.
I’ve attached a few screenshots to explain the issue.
The tab title should update.

I just restarted my iPad following an iPadOS update. After relaunching Orion, it seems that the tab title has updated.
Still a bug though.
I believe that this issue in the video that I posted is similar. In the bottom left the icon does not change. I think that the reason why this happens is the browser not obtaining the necessary data to change the name and icon so it falls back to the website before it, I’m no expert but it might also be due to code wanting to save data or speed up the browser so it doesn’t need to reload every single time a new page is opened. Also I’m still no expert.
You can forget anything that I said on the previous post but here is me reproducing it on my iPad with a wrong icon.
