Changing tab groups within profile breaks new tabs

Basically open a profile and then select a tab group. Then switch back to default tab group. This results in some tabs being invisible until quitting orion and then restarting. On restart a crash prompt occurs.

I expect that there will be seamless transition without needing to restart orion

Here's a video of the issue after changing from a tab group to the primary window. After I quit and reopen you can see that it works and then a crash log comes up

Hmm it seems to happen inconsistently. It just happened to me and then I tried to record it and reproduce the issue but I couldn't get it to reproduce. I'll add a video when it happens again
