Nothing appears when you Cmd+Tab from a non-fullscreen app back to fullscreen Orion.
The app is correctly being focused (toolbar changes), but the browser window doesn't appear unless you click the dock icon.
This behavior only happens when switching back to Orion from a non-fullscreen app. If both apps are in fullscreen it functions as expected.
This behavior also only happens with the default MacOS tab switcher. When using the 'AltTab for Mac' app it functions as expected.
When using Cmd+Tab in fullscreen the browser window should appear without needing to click the dock icon.
