If I have a Orion window open on Monitor A, the bookmark bar items are centered.
If I drag the window to monitor B, and macOS resizes the window width to fit, the bookmark bar items are no longer centered. They are offset at the same position as the previous monitor.
The bookmark bar items offset position should be recalculated to be centered in the window.
