I switched my default profile to be the second one I created. Now both the Orion app and the Orion Profile app icon I'm referring to launch that same profile.
Can you make sure even the initial profile has it's own shorcut / launcher regardless if it's default or not for ease of use?

+1 Happened the exact same thing to me.
I have 3 profiles:
And here are their shortcuts/.app on Launchpad:
Clicking Orion - CTW or Orion - BMW does open these profiles, but clicking Orion.app does not open the Pessoal profile, as I would expect.
To open this profile I need to open Orion.app and go to File > Profiles > Pessoal and it opens. Strange thing is that it changes the Orion.app icon to the correct icon with the emoji from the Pessoal profile but does not change the name.
I would expect to be able to get an .app for every profile I have so I can avoid extra steps to open the Pessoal profile.
