  • Closing tabs above creates overlapping visual effect and crash

  1. Open some tabs in the vertical tab bar
  2. Click "Close tabs above"
  3. Observe an overlapping effect
  4. Try to open a new tab
  5. You may observe Orion crash

I expected the tabs above to be closed and for the tab view to appear as it should normally.

    I was able to reproduce the visual issue but I wasn't able to crash Orion beta.

    Other observations:

    1. This is also reproducible when using horizontal tabs:
      a) Open a bunch of tabs and pin at least one
      b) Right click the rightmost tab and select Close Tabs to the Left
      c) Switch to vertical tabs

    2. Close Tabs to the Left and Close Tabs to Above also close pinned tabs, which probably isn't the desired outcome
