Login page in pseudo-app prompts to authenticate for every item in keychain

1. Tools > Install This Site as an App (I did this for https://herolab.online)
2. In the app, click on a login form.
3. I'm prompted to authenticate for every Web Form Password item in my login keychain:
   

If it's relevant, my main Orion browser is set to use a 3rd party provider for passwords, rather than the Orion/macOS keychain.

Either nothing should happen, or it should prompt for access to the one site's keychain item.
