Long Tab group names hide buttons

Create a tab group with a large name
See that the name hides the back and + buttons

If too long, the tab group name should be cut off to not obstruct other UI elements:

1.3.4 (2) (WebKit 8615.3.12.10.2)

Came to report the same issue.
