On most sites the PDF displays correctly, however on my work site, it prompts to download the PDF

But when I go to download, the file is blank.

Every other site that I tried with PDF was fine except this. Safari was able to display the PDF in a new tab instead of downloading.

The file either be a downloaded PDF or display the PDF in a new tab correctly.

Sorry, as it's my internal work site, I'm not sure how I can replicate it for you as it needs username and passwords. SO far most sites that display the PDF have no problem, as it will display the whole PDF file by itself. My worksite uses aspx links instead.

example of the link (you can try if it works for you)
    https://www.alpp.aia.com.my/LifePlannerPortalExisting/Resources/AgencyOnlineFormsOverview.aspx?DocumentId=5999

I haven't been able to find similar aspx implementation in the public sites.
so instead of displaying the PDF file, it tries to download the file. It downloads fine on desktop, but not on mobile (even when I tried to Request Desktop Site)

Hello, this bug happens in many browsers due to bad internet or website having problems. (From what I’ve experienced)

Osay Also the end result would be an extremely small file size (usually in the kbs) that is supposed to be bigger as told on the website and/or blank page.
