I'm also having this issue. I got it on https://x.com before, on https://www.seriouseats.com.
Ironically, the first time I tried to write this post, Orion started spamming reloads when I scrolled to 60 posts and I had to close it and open it in a new window without any other tabs to type this out.
Also, on a slightly related note, occasionally, for some websites which use client-side routing, when I try to navigate to their pages, it keeps on redirecting back to the home page, and I have to reopen it in a new window.
