  • Downloading file creates leftover empty tab that crashes Orion if closed

  1. I went to macosicons.com to download some macOS icons.
  2. Clicking any icon on the site starts a download for it (.icns file), which starts in a new tab.
  3. The file download proceeds as normal with the system prompt for download location, download indicator icon, and then successfully downloading to Finder.
  4. After the download, there's a leftover tab that is normally closed automatically when the download starts. This tab is fully white, not respecting dark theme. There is no URL, and is labeled Untitled. Closing this tab immediately crashes Orion.

If I recall correctly, new tab downloads are usually automatically closed as soon as the download starts. If anything, this tab should be able to be closed without crashing.

    Still having this issue with latest stable build and also with the latest RC (Dec 5, 2024).
    Edit: No crashing, just the empty tab.
