Address bar does not collapse on tab swap

What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
Repro:

1. Open two tabs.
2. Click in the address bar to expand the bar in one of the tabs.
3. Switch to the other tab.
4. Switch back to the tab you expanded the address bar.

You should see the bar still expanded.

What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
The address bar to collapse on tab switch -- like it does when you click anywhere else.

What version of Orion are you running?
