What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
Scroll bar appears/remain in fullscreen video playback with certain video/media players.

I've specifically encountered this with Brightspace Media Player. Upon full-screening a video running with Brightspace Media Player, the scroll bar is present. This is not ideal for fullscreen media consumption.

Attached is a screenshot of the fullscreen video in Orion Desktop:

What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
The expected behavior is for no scroll bar to be present in fullscreen video playback. This appears to not be a WebKit issue as this does not happen in Safari.

What version of Orion are you running?

    I cannot give you access to the initial video example as it is a part of my organization's platform and will need a login.

    However, I found another video online that produces the same result.

    Steps:

    1. Head to link
    2. Play the featured video on the page
    3. Fullscreen the video
    4. Result.

        The scroll bar appearing in fullscreen video playback does not happen in both Safari version Version 17.0 (19616.1.27.211.1) and Safari Technology Preview Release 181 (Safari 17.4, WebKit 19618.1.3.1)

            Understood. I will keep that in mind.

            I could not reproduce steps at first because, at the time, I could not find a video that you/the team could access without needing a login (but I did later on).
