What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
In Google Workspace chat, when switching between conversations, a portion of the window higher up intermittently incorrectly appears at the bottom of the chat window above the area where I type my response.
In the redacted screenshot below, the red box is the mistake. It sits just under my last message and should be empty. It contains a section from one of the chat messages earlier as an incorrect rendering artifact copied at the bottom. Varying with the size of the window, it appears when switching to some conversations and not others.
What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
These should not be appearing.
