What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
go to youtube or any other video playing website (i tested bbc.com and dr.dk). click a video, PiP icon shows up as expected, if you then click the youtube icon to go to home where no video is playing, PiP icon will still be there even tho no video is playing.
What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
